funds manager committees are meeting buy orders are being contemplated, I suspect an afternoon run as fundies see the short interest and worry this could jump as short covering kicks in.......under $1 given year 1 in production earnings this looks ripe....
Conservative fund managers have to move this from the exploration / start up column to the producer column, will now be compared fairly to other producers.....
