Main update looks like previous contract had a flat nickel recovery that would be paid to MCR. The update takes into account higher or lower recovery (net playability to MCR) with changing mined grade. Small details overall and should be good for both parties. MCR for example could mine below cut off cut off stuff to extend life and or offtake tonnes in future years and BHP would see relative discounts vs high grade.
