We know that SYR are developing a vertically integrated natural graphite anode material production capability in USA, and SYR and Marubeni have executed an 50kt offtake agreement which expired 31/12/19 (with no fanfare).
Marubeni is a world wide business with many industries including Power Business that has provided finance to other ventures and I am hoping that in the forthcoming quarterly update (next week) there will be confirmation of extension of offtake agreement and perhaps some tie up for joint venture with the BAM facility.
Marubeni's worlwide offices include North,Central and South America
It would seem a perfect fit for Marubeni to take a financial interest (finance of Vidalia expansion) in company and provide its expertise to the overall operation .
