I think T2 is talking about Bill Richmond not Tony Lofthouse
Richmond was the original protagonist at RB - he was in a JV with THX etc & THX had to prove a JORC resource (which they did by the hair of their chinny chin chins) to get their share - there was even a court case (I think Richmond challenged the JORC) if I remember correctly which awarded 60% initially to THX with Richmond holding 40% but I think he went down to 15% then out
