This part is a little incorrect

Normally dont need more compressive strength in concrete rather need tensile strength and or abbrasive resistance as concrete is normally over 3000 mpa in compression (from memory)
other information by EDE sites that as well and mentions the nanotubes could improve abbrasive resistance in high wear areas ie where forklifts track in stores.
One thing nanotubes are so small it is possible they could cause lung problems similar to asbestos ,
