So I didn't quite get how that interview ended. Is grade "king" or is it just 'a variable'? I was taking it to mean that grade is just a variable, and needs to be weighed against depth (and recoverability etc). But the interviewer seemed to dismiss that with his "Grade is King" despite an aborted attempt for the interviewee to correct him??
