Thats a good question. Perhaps family can help with the consent if too sick but important to know that the standard of care is given first (eg MRI or CT) and then the EMV scan so no additional risk relating to time. It will be interesting how they handle the Gen 2 trials and if they will act on the findings in the field or first have to have it validated by standard of care first.
