Yes agree with you about splurging funds irresponsibly. But looking at cash reports and how the management have methodically gone about things, almost sometimes too conservatively others may say - I think we are in a good space.
I would say at this stage 1) is OHD Biostimulant project 2) is Guyana Morabisi project
Don't forget also a massive signature could provide excellent resource of funds which can assist greatly.
