It's really the lack of communication that's the problem here imo. the amount of work they have done, building port facilities, all those concrete footings, all in very difficult, remote location with minimal machinery really needs to be congratulated. but we are all so pi$$ed at the delays from issues that aren't reported until they are overcome, and the silence that prevails in the meantime, that we aren't in a mood to reward the company for the work they are doing that continues to progress well. And it was said just before, cash is king. They need money to continue.
