I think most shareholders have had a gut full of Managements inability to promote the company.

I believe there needs to have a director removed and replaced with someone that understands the requirements for Managements to promote the company.

We had this opportunity at the AGM.

Don't waste your vote, if you normally don't bother voting now is the opportunity to send Managements a message from shareholders.
