As I see it:
$130k is one off set up payment.
Minimum subscribers have been agreed upon. It is unclear what if any penalties SOL would incur if that number is not reached. I hope they would pay the difference but to my knowledge this has not been stated.
It is reasonable, taking the announcement as written, that minimum monthly revenue can be estimated if we knew the per subscriber revenue. Which we do not to my knowledge.
Can anyone dispute this? Does anyone have more information?
