I wonder if the reference by Andy Brown to another announcement this month regarding revenues will have to do with clarifying the per-sub fee? It would be great to know.

Not sure what this fee will be, but in my opinion the 15-25c you've suggested is awfully low. In my opinion it will be between 50c and $1.5. Based on minimum subscribers of 125,000 for the first year, that's still decent money from just one contract and I fully expect at least another 2 contracts to be generating some money before the end of the year. That would makes us a cashflow-positive company... not bad for a speccie
