From the original purchase announcement from 31/3/2016 they modelled the TOTAL royalties over the life of the project at the then forward strip price for oil and gas at$us 4 million.

You are quite correct that royalties in totality are in the order of 20% or so but in many instances they have been sliced and diced up numerous times so that BRK may not have acquired the whole royalty.
I'll shoot them an email and see what I can drum up.
Don't get me wrong, I am very positive regarding this company and their strategy but IMO it is vital expectations regarding the impact of any successes are real.
