I don't think it's "down ramping", to question this watered down, vacuous announcement as a tangible communication to those of us who have invested our money in their enterprise. It borders on insulting when there is nothing of substance (numbers) to such an announcement which didn't yield any answers to the efficacy of their hyperbole. I do believe in this story, but they just let off a hot air balloon and the SP proves it.
