    Tanzania has not paid the $125,000 fee for Annulment proceedings, even though they requested it, and also asked to meet IDA to disucss the award... now we find that Tanzania and Winshear gold WINS.V have agreed to suspend the arbitration proceedings, before the verdict due to an "agreement" between the parties.
