    Tell that to Winshear Gold who has a conditional settlement agreement before the ICSID Tribunal rendered its verdict (which was overdue by a couple of weeks). Still a punt when Tanzania is sitting down to reach an out-of-tribunal settlement with Winshear Gold in the light of what happened with IDA? Still a punt when there is a resolution to award options to senior management that vest after stock price averages 15c for more than 30 days bt Feb 24 and 30c by Feb 25? Still a punt when there is a front page newspaper headline in Tanzania from 29th August as below? I can sleep very well "hangin onto hope" with my "punt".
