looks like we have our answer!
IGO, WSA, MCR & POS up.......................... but nearly every time PAN rises a sell of 400 units (or like units) at $0.27 occurs to push it down
Buyers see that and wait.

If IGO is selling and buying at the same time (as I expect) this can go on for a long time---- so we need more buyers to compete with IGO and make it actually sell only which will hurt.
Buyers should see this as a good quick profit- buy @ $0.27 and in a 'few days' sell for $0.30- 10% profit !!

I have run out of funds but would do it if I could

IGO will not move on PAN until it gets WSA in APRIL so it will go on until then!
