@kgtom I am not sure where you got the information about majority of options being held by ANZ.
Read announcement from 1 April 2022. There were 32mln options left. Then a convertible note to Graham Chrisp's associates was converted into roughly 60mln options. Graham Chrisp and associates hold more than a third of capital.
It would not make sense for him to sell into the market now to exercise the options.
Could also be the case that Taylor Collison, underwriter in the previous capital raising April 2022, had not yet finished dumping their 48mln of shares they got at 14c, which hopefully finished around here and now.
