From memory STA concentrator producing abt 27tph hmc at design.
If the first shipment emptied the shed (I doubt if they cut it that fine) they would be cutting it very fine this time.

Iluka would be shipping the bulk mineral sands (finished products: ilmenite zircon leucoxene etc)

The port authority / shipping agent terminology: mineral sands concentrates or hmc is a bit confusing.
Pretty sure Iluka wouldn't ship middlings/mineral sands concentrates.
Might be the garnet operation up that way but I thought their zircon rich 'waste product" went to Iluka for processing.
