13 tonnes at 69% WO3 is 897 mtu of WO3, not W. To get to contained W you have to multiply 897 mtu WO3 by 0.792 to get to W.
So it contains 7.10 t of W.
Tungsten conc is bought / sold by the MTU usually as a percentage of the APT price or as a direct quoted price per MTU WO3 ( assumed to have an assay of 65% WO3 )
They received/ will receive , very roughly , $300,000 AUD.
So they received AUD $334 / Mtu or USD $217 / MTU.
That is a low price.
Perhaps there is still 15% more to come which would give a price at USD 255 / MTU which is a bit high.
