I had also looked to see if someone was in berth7 and if they moved them out but no one is in berth7 right now so it seems? There was a ship still in port but the cargo from memory looked smaller. The tide charts seem to show a really low tide around the time we moved out: https://www.midwestports.com.au/profiles/midwestports/custom/seaview/.

The low tide seems to creep higher over the next few days from what I could see.
I also didn't know what "out-surge" meant on the daily report: https://www.midwestports.com.au/operations/daily-port-requirements.aspx. Originally I thought that was tide related and they moved us out.

Anyway, davo1 is right. The boat will be filled soon enough and the money will come in.
