If you think about the way GWR have gone about, getting its operations up and going at very little cost, profit sharing on others, its the smart way to go, protecting shareholder equity.
When they have the combined cash flows from FEL and PRG (stage 1) is going to set us nicely, for stage 2 and expansions.
