Im one of the biggest critics of this project but il defend them here
Its not as simple as Dig, Crush, Transport , Ship and GWR have made that mistake by going for cheapest options

PRG have never dug/mined before - they maintain camps and supply labour hire - Mining requires experience to avoid dilution of ore bodies, its not as simple as drop a digger bucket in ground
QEM have never crushed Iron ore before - they advertising for Crushing and Screening Operators with no experience required - crushing is not easy at the best of times
QEM have never undertaken such a haulage contract with split shifts and stopovers - 700KMS is a massive haulage component for any company

When you compare Fenix using MACA and Newhaul for there project - Big companies with years of experience
I hope FEL are looking over at GWR and realising spending a extra few dollars a tonne to get the right companies in is the way to go
