That's not how I read it at all. From my point of view they're stating that their (PLL) JV distribution (or revenue) will go towards their part of operating expenses. SYA Parent may get some profit distribution as 75%
owner share wouldn't need to cover operating expenses (unless it all goes toward the carbonate plant) which in that case.. fk profit distribution, pour it all back into carbonate refinement.
