I know exactly why I invested in Core but I never allowed for the fact that a parasitic Boston investment bank would become a substantial holder of CXO and would then begin loaning out shares to their corrupt mates who then began shorting the stock.
Thats when everything changed.
In any takeover attempt add $3.00 for State Street Corporation ( CXO's largest shareholder) facilitating the damage of the SP.
