Beware the VWAP trap.
Not uncommon for small co's to jack-up the 21/28 day vwap in the lead up to a CR or institutional placement, then offer it to insto's at a discount. We all know, they'll have to raise money sooner or later, and after squandering the last, they may struggle with retail interest.
I've been burned by this practice before, just something to be mindful of
SP hike has been a nice surprise, long overdue, but on the back of what ?
10-15 patients enrolled would be a different story, but 1 ?
