One of the reasons they've released PR re the first trial patient is that it actually hits a target (albeit very small) that they mentiond in a previous release.
The very fact that these guys are immature in terms of their PR, website etc. is because they're actually focussing on the job at hand. I've said it before; hard things are hard, and they take time.
Anyone who believes this is going to happen overnight is kidding themselves. But, things are happening now in a fairly methodical manner. It won't be fast but I think we've seen the lows and ongoing announcements should provide support from here on.
I've dropped some cash but any potential ten-bagger could go the other way. That's why they're called speccies...
