In April, after Superior shareholders vote down this merger, is Catalyst common higher or lower than today? Since catalyst mgmt created so much value by cutting such a hard nosed $66mm deal for plutonic dome, 52 tenements that recently changed hands for $6mm, why don't Catalyst raise $20mm equity now? Catalyst don't need to own Plutonic mine to dilute equity $20mm?
