My overall comment was reflecting that I see Whsipir as a turnaround story. They have struggled to acheive targets in the past. However, the latest lowered expectations seems plausible to me. I agree that staff have changed. However, I believe there is a clear and plausible plan forward and that the negatives are more than factored in the current share price.
