if they don't get to 90% (and compulsory acq of remaining 10%) then when time comes to fund drilling I can see them doing private placements or other fundraising means that disadvantage the small retail holders.
it might not be a good deal for you but remaining in could be much worse long term.
ps I don't hold RAW so take advice f with a grain of salt
