under the heading "Statement of comprehensive income" it mentions the revenue from clinical operations grew by 348% or 2.97mil largely due to DOD. this was only for the 2 months post acquisition.
it also mentions 35% gross margin for DOD.
and under the "clinical operations" heading it mentions record revenue of 73k per day.
so I think $20mil for a full year is conservative, and not accounting for any growth or synergies
