Well done Minbos, they said they'd receive tranche 1 by the end of the Month and that is what happened. (given Banks are closed on weekends)

Lindsay's comment “This receipt of FDSEA monies and commencement of construction......" Implies to me although they said mobilisation this month, Lindsay says it as though it has happened. Maybe the contract is about to be signed and in keeping with asx reporting rules they've taken the conservative route with the reporting. They've known the $$ was coming for 3 weeks now so should have everything contractually wise ready, just waiting for the funds to hit the account before signing.

Hopefully this is the new Minbos keeping to advised schedules.
