Now, maybe i am looking at this statement to simply Gravity to reason that this poster thinks the SP is where it is due to insiders knowing that there is currently dissapointing results.
Therefore in order for an insider to affect the price of a security up or down from insider information would require an insider to iether be buying or selling on that information or telling others to buy or sell on the insider information obtained.
It is only on this assumption you can then use insider and price of a security in connection with one another in a statement.
