In addition to the good points raised above regarding the earnout, the renewal may also be perceived as a positive message from industry that they are confident to work with Alcidion as parent company of Silverlink without a prior relationship.
Occasionally existing customers of a target deflect after a takeover, this is an indication that the acquisition process and Silverlink’s existing relationships are being managed with the care that we expect from Alcidion.
