in addition to other reasons posted, this company is valued at like ~$250 million. This revenue for around 1000 beds is very small by comparison, it is not even 1%, so no its not so 'price sensitive' but we do know how it forms part of the story for how the company is developing and that is why it is another solid milestone in the direction to the major $$$$.
