Just to clarify my thoughts here, I am confident that BTM would help heal even large deep pressure sores, but I was wondering if it would be sufficient to prevent recurrence. Having said that, the original tissue didn't prevent a pressure sore from forming, so answering my own question, it should be good enough to replace the original tissue. After that its a matter of good preventative care.

I think I did see a passing reference to it in a presentation, but I don't recall where. However if surgeons think it's satisfactory for this purpose, then every hospital in the world will want it. There isn't any end to the number of incapacitated elderly with pressure sores.
