I am now not convinced that there is anything illegal going on here, largely because 2 of the seniors at SSG are involved. SSG is a solid company in my opinion.
However, there are fair questions to be answered about Varm in terms of finance, logistics and timeline to market.
In my view further disclosure by MGC will put this issue to bed and instill confidence.
My sentiment is buy, pending more information from MGC.
