Binding Purchase/sales order received
1 million deposit of 8 million binding agreement due within 5 days of receipt of the sales/purchase order. The Ann states within days.
Two additional Binding sales orders being finalized to deliver the full 40 million.
I know full well to never count your money until its in the bank, but this has gone way too deep for it to be an 11th hour scam.
At the very least MGC Derma can expect 8 million of the 40 million sales agreement.
