This whole inquisition could have been avoided if MGC had managed their announcements more professionally.
There should have been only one announcement made and it should have been 2 weeks from now.....
'We have signed a Toll Manufacture distribution contract with "Varm Cosmo"'
'We have received a deposit of AUD$1Mil'
'Varm will develop channels, market and sell into SE Asia'
'The total purchase amount will be x kilograms'
'We expect to ship x kilograms on dd/mm/yy'
'The total value of shipments is under this contract is $?'
etc etc ...add the details if you like
I could go one but you get the point.
This is a start up business so only announce when the deal is done and money is in the bank people. Geez.
