I too am a little baffled why this stock hasn't taken off...

I too am a little baffled why this stock hasn't taken off with those hits.
I'm trying to understand how the total market cap works. Would I be correct in saying that you just add the TSX cap to the ASX cap?
My calcs of the value per ounce of the indicated and inferred come to $28oz on the ASX MC but if I'm adding the TSX one at 271m the price per oz gets a little scary.
Can someone shed some light on my thought process?
