Marc Kennis is paid to do interviews and market the company.

Its a curious but also delicate role, however if something was let out of the bag, in a paid for interview, then providing:
* The interview has not been made public;
* MK has not disclosed the information;
* MK and his associates have not traded in the stock;
* MK has not advised others in relation to the stock;
then no rules have been broken.

These guys are smart, do these interviews all the time, and I'd be surprised that the interviews are not reviewed to ensure that market disclosure guidelines have not been breached.

Hypothetically:

MK (channeling the dutch accent): "Hey Coby, great to catch up the other day, have you had a chance to review the interview so we can post it on Stocks Down Under?"
CH: " Oh my god Marc, I'm so tempted to release this right now, but after talking to Dadi we think we should hold for a little while just to be safe..."
