Going to try and be positive here.
At least they are working out amongst a fair bit of land where exactly they want to drill. At USD 300K per dry hole / USD400K per completed hole - that is pretty important thing to have done some due diligence on.
I want to know that they are spending the $3.27mn they have raised / about to raise, wisely. Otherwise, its back to more private placements, capital raising and dilution... nearly 930mn shares already.
