I don't really like valuing companies but only that I beleive it is worth more than the present price.Someones value is different to the next.At this stage we know that the consortium has put a value on it at 3.2c and we can buy it at an average 1.8c being present price 2.6c + 1c = 3.6c/2 = 1.8c after rights issue.Every company has a price and the price that looked overdone to me was when FFF drifted under 2c.DYOR
