glad someone posted on here ... FPH gets very little discussion on hot copper (probably a good sign).
Results are OK. management have said they want to double revenue every 5 to 6 years (12 to 15 percent per annum) but in the last few years they have fallen short of this. Constant currency growth was 7 or 8 percent but npat was ok. Guidance for next year revenue is of a similar growth rate but npat growth estimate is between 15 to 20 percent which is excellent however growth rate is only getting a bump because litigation costs are expected to be lower as a result of settlement of all outstanding cases with Resmed earlier in the year.
I think the stock is overpriced considering the rare of revenue growth. But if decline of NZD vs USD continues or remains at these low levels then we might not see large dips in share price. I would top up at 14NZD and call it a bargain at 12 NZD but if I didn't own any shares I would open a small position now for a long term holding (at least 5 to 10 years). Excellent company.
