There is some Canadian press that indicated the Canadian Government was doing a security check into CGN and seemed happy CGN will not have a seat on the board and happy they were being diluted. Also, the the CGN offtake will only last for 3 years now under the new arrangement.
It seems the Canadian Givernment wanted that from PDN and CGN is not happy. Either way, expect the courts to align with national interests.
