Fenn did run the company on the back of a shoestring, not enough people looking at governance, compliance and risk. that seems to be the general consensus.
Not enough focus on getting sufficient employees, too much spend on attorneys and contract review without any focus on how the contracts were being managed,
Michael Ferguson might be dealt with externally at this rate. it is a very poor look that the company has not done enough about Ferguson or KPMG.
