re: Ann: Fitch upgrades Downer EDI to BBB out... i still remembered how badly the co was penalised under Gilles re contract writeoffs with the mkt caning the shareprice...to me its also about DOW regaining credibility in the marketplace as well as all of the goals they are kicking...$10 here we come
