    re: Ann: Fitch upgrades Downer EDI to BBB out... interesting to see if the CBD Metro and West Metro proposals go ahead in NSW...with Downer and Keolis backing up after the successful $2.4b bid in Vict, this could deliver another $2-3b to DOW if they were successful.
    They are definitely in the sweetspot at the moment IMHO.
