That’s a mildly depressing analysis… but probably an accurate one.

H1 did their due diligence and sunk significant cash into Galactica Pegasus. I know everything takes four times as long in BNL land, but I take some confidence in the joint project investment based upon existing well tests.

Yes, it diluted existing shares, but we would have seen similar dilution at lower levels if BNL went alone. My point is… at least we are at the point of drilling, tie in, and production facility building. I’ve written to BNL before with no reply, I might try H1 and see if they can give a bit of info regarding timeline from here.
