Oleg Vornik, DroneShield CEO, commented, “We are pleased to add another marquee first time
defence customer to our user community. It is exciting in several ways.
First, there is a significant potential for large follow up systems to this customer, both this system
configuration and cross selling of our other products. (...)"

Presumably this "first time defence customer" means a fresh agency within the US/UK/NZ/Aus, rather than a first time (if I'm not mistaken?) sale to Canada. Anyone who follows this company's announcements more closely than I do have any guesses as to whether it's more likely local or international? I note that at least for past Australian involvement like DoD & Army we seem to have named them specifically, so unless it's another agency a bit smaller or more discreet, this is presumably an international order. Hard to say whether "significant potential for large follow up systems" is just CEO spin, or does actually mean this sale is to a big US entity and not some small intelligence agency or security provider etc.
